Slim and precise like a tailor-made suit, yet with volume that unfolds with relish.

And then the finale?

Oh là là! It just doesn’t end! A never-ending resonance of concentrated fruit essence and an elegant salinity that immediately invites the next sip.

This Riesling was the perfect match for a Loup de Mer prepared Szechuan-style—its fruit effortlessly balancing the dish’s spice. Simply exquisite! A prime example of Franconian Riesling at its finest.
